Information we collect
If you send an enquiry, we receive your name, business name, email address, selected industry and any message you choose to include. We also receive the content of emails and follow-up correspondence you send us. The website does not provide an account, checkout, payment processing or a document-upload facility.
Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website and email service. This can include IP addresses, requested pages, request times, browser and device information, and security-check results. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to answer your request, understand your business needs and continue the conversation you initiated. We use technical information to operate the website, prevent spam, investigate errors and protect the service. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Where enquiries go
Cloudflare delivers form submissions and forwards mail sent to our business addresses to an inbox operated by Sharab Ahmad using Google’s Gmail service. The website does not keep a separate lead database. Cloudflare and Google process information to provide these services under their applicable terms and policies. Their infrastructure may process information in the United States and other countries.
We do not sell enquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not automatically send enquiries to processors, banks or other merchant services businesses. We would explain any proposed referral and ask for your permission before sharing your enquiry with a prospective processing partner. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security or safety.
Cookies, security checks and tracking
We do not install advertising or audience-analytics trackers. Fonts and images are served with the site. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals for security; see our cookie notice. We do not authorise third parties to use this site to track your activities across unrelated websites for advertising. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change the form’s essential security checks.
Keeping and protecting information
Enquiries are kept in the operator’s email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal needs. We review enquiry information and remove it when it is no longer needed for these purposes. Email providers may retain backups or technical records under their own practices. The form uses encrypted web connections, server-side validation and spam checks. No online or email system can guarantee absolute security.
Please do not submit card or bank details, identity documents, Social Security numbers, account passwords, health information or confidential customer records. If sensitive documents become necessary for a future application, a suitable collection method and applicable privacy notice must be provided separately.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without submitting an enquiry and can contact us by email instead of the form. To request access, a correction, deletion or an end to follow-up messages, email privacy@octamerchant.com. Please identify the email address used for your enquiry and describe your request. We may reasonably verify that the information is yours; do not send identity documents unless a suitable method is arranged. We will consider requests under applicable law and explain any necessary retention.
Nevada residents may use privacy@octamerchant.com as the designated address for verified requests not to sell covered information. We do not currently sell that information. Other privacy rights depend on the laws that apply to the individual and the business.
Business audience and updates
The website is intended for adult business representatives and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so it can be addressed.
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes to how existing enquiry information is used will be highlighted on the website or communicated directly where appropriate. Changes to the operator, processing relationships or the form will require this notice to be reviewed.
