An operator’s perspective on payments

Business moves.
Payments
should too.

Early starts. Busy counters. Orders after hours.
Merchant services should begin with the way you actually work.

01 / Who we serve

Different businesses.
A shared ambition.

A smoother day. A stronger business. We start by understanding what that means for you.

02 / The OctaMerchant approach

Less guesswork.
More good sense.

You know your business. The right payments conversation should respect that.

Why we’re building OctaMerchant ↗
01

Start with the everyday.

Understand how you sell, what you use and where payments create friction. The busiest hour tells us more than a generic checklist.

02

Make the details clear.

Look beyond the headline rate. Equipment, integrations, fees and contract terms belong in the same conversation.

03

Plan the next move.

Confirm the fit, the provider and the requirements before making a change. Your operations set the pace.

Built from the other side of the counter

We know a business is more than its transactions.
Because we run businesses, too.

OctaMerchant began with firsthand experience in fuel retail and online supplements. That operator’s perspective is the foundation of what we’re building.

Our story ↗
A little more clarity

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What is OctaMerchant?

OctaMerchant is a new U.S.-focused merchant services business in formation, shaped by firsthand experience operating a gas station and an online supplement store.

Which businesses are you focused on?

Our focus is fuel and convenience, restaurants and hospitality, and retail businesses including supplements and online commerce. Each business has different payment and underwriting requirements.

Can I get a rate or apply today?

OctaMerchant is in formation. Applications and live quotes are not available here. Future proposals will need to identify the provider, fees, equipment requirements and applicable approvals in writing.

Can I keep my existing equipment?

That depends on your equipment, software, integrations and the eventual processing arrangement. Compatibility needs to be checked before any change is recommended.
